We’ll look at why this dynamic get established, how to refine your current coping strategies, and how to mitigate or even avoid the “difficult” part altogether.
SPEAKER: Christy Turner of Dementia Sherpa is the go-to local expert for families living with a dementia diagnosis and the challenges that come with it. Christy is a speaker, founder of DementiaSherpa.com (CTC Dementia Care Management), and a community education instructor at Chemeketa Community College in Salem, OR. She is an expert in creatively managing behaviors without drugs, and the go-to expert when you want to stop struggling and move on to solutions that actually work.
