We will talk about best practices for avoiding ethical pitfalls while providing appropriate advocacy for your clients. Working with real life examples, we will discuss working with a person with diminished capacity, when a guardianship or conservatorship is preferable to a power of attorney, when and how to report suspected elder abuse, and how to best manage the different players in our client’s life.
