Speaker: Gwen Dayton, JD joined OHCA from NW Permanente where, as senior counsel, she provided regulatory and compliance advice to Kaiser Permanente physicians and was a member of the government relations team. Prior to this, Gwen served in executive-level roles at the Oregon Medical Association, the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems, and, from 1998-2000, the Oregon Health Care Association. Gwen began her work in health law and policy as Deputy Legislative Counsel for health care for the Oregon Legislative Assembly.
