Speaker: Meredith L. Williamson is an attorney with NW Estate Law, LLC. She specializes in Estate Planning, Elder Law, and supporting small businesses. Prior to opening her own law firm, she worked in the senior industry in a non-legal capacity for eight years, giving her a unique perspective on the interplay between the laws and the people she serves. Meredith invests time in each client, often meeting people at their home. Meredith earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego, and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon. She was the legal editor for the Oregon State Bar’s publication “Legal Issues for Older Adults” in 2012 and has been a featured elder law attorney for the video series produced by the Oregon State Bar.
