Topic: Resolving Everyday Conflicts – The presentation will give some helpful daily behaviors to mitigate or resolve conflict, how to understand perspective and content in conflict, and a brief outline of how to resolve conflict.
Speaker: Dr. Randall Kinnison launched Genesis Mediation in 2005. His mission was simple – create more peace in the lives of others every day. Since that beginning, Randy and the Genesis Team have created peace for thousands of people. His vision is creating peace for over 100,000 people by 2020. Today, he writes, speaks and trains others to pass along peace. He married his high school sweetheart 42 years ago. Together they have 5 children and 4 grandchildren.
