Speaker bio: Steph Delage, Lead Deputy State Long-Term Care Ombudsman
Steph Delage is the lead Deputy State Long-Term Care Ombudsman (LTCO), where she works with her certified ombudsman volunteer teams to visit residents and licensed facilities to improve life in long-term care. She has worked with older adults for over 31 years in various capacities and has been with the LTCO office for over 9 years. She is dedicated to helping residents know their rights and to support individual choice. Outside work, Steph enjoys traveling, attending concerts, visiting family, and kayaking on the Willamette River.
