James Knoll, LCSW, is a Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field of Hospice and Palliative Care. Presently, he is on the clinical education team at Providence Hospice where he develops and presents content for new and current staff. 

Title: "Coping with Compassion Fatigue and Vicarious Trauma"

This presentation will address some of the challenges we face as we work with people experiencing serious illnesses such as compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and moral distress. How do we continue to care for others and continue to work long term?
