Title: "Living Well With Parkinson's Disease"
Taking a step beyond the basics of what Parkinson’s is and how it is treated, we will explore the importance of education, exercise, nutrition, socialization, and self-care as they relate to living with Parkinson’s. This talk will touch on the evidence behind recommendations for exercise and nutrition, as well as share strategies those living with Parkinson’s, their care partners, and families can use to manage healthcare information, build a care team, and access available community resources.
