Who do you have authority to talk to regarding a resident/patient?  Let Meredith Williamson help answer this question, along with other estate planning and elder law questions frequently encountered when working with  our senior populations.    We will discuss Power of Attorney, Healthcare nominations along with court appointed guardianships and conservatorships. 


  

Bio: Meredith Williamson is the owner and managing attorney of NW Estate Law, LLC with offices in Oregon and Washington. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Guardianships/Conservatorships, Probate, and Long-Term Care Planning.  She serves on the Elder Law committee of the Oregon State Bar and is a member of the Oregon Advance Directive Advisory Committee, appointed by the governor of Oregon and a board Member with SPIN.  Previously, she was the legal editor of the Oregon State Bar publication, Legal Issues for Older Adults and has been a guest vlogger for the Bar’s Legal Links public information pages and The Senior List.
