Speaker Bio: Meredith Williamson is the owner and managing attorney of NW Estate Law, LLC with offices in Oregon and Washington. Her practice focuses on Estate Planning, Guardianships/Conservatorships, Probate, and Long-Term Care Planning. She serves on the Elder Law committee of the Oregon State Bar and is a member of the Oregon Advance Directive Advisory Committee, appointed by the governor of Oregon and a board Member with SPIN. Previously, she was the legal editor of the Oregon State Bar publication, Legal Issues for Older Adults and has been a guest vlogger for the Bar’s Legal Links public information pages and The Senior List.
