Mike has been with PRO since August 2022. Mike is responsible for much of our community outreach efforts, as well as developing and presenting education content for our community. Additionally, Mike coordinates our Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Program.

Each year, approximately 1,100 people in Oregon are diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. For over 40 years, Parkinson’s Resources of Oregon (PRO) has been a non-profit, providing local, direct, and personal services throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington to individuals with Parkinson’s, their care partners, families, and friends.


Come hear Mike explain what Parkinson’s Disease is and briefly discuss the common symptoms and treatment options. He will also give an overview of PRO’s broad range of customized programming and individualized services, which include some 52 support groups, in-person and virtual education events, short-term counseling and case management, exercise classes, and much more!
