She has worked with the county for over 15 years in a variety of roles, working mostly with elderly and disabled community members.
The Family Caregiver Support Program is a federally funded program which is part of the Older American Act. The program offers resources, events, training and small grants to unpaid family caregivers. Jenn will speak about the specifics of how the program is delivered to those who live in Multnomah County. She will cover all aspects of the program, including how to make referrals and what Family Caregivers can expect from the program.
